By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The App

Lumo Kids: Play and Learn provides educational games for young children. The App is intended to be used under adult supervision.

2. Purchases

The App may offer optional one-time in-app purchases. All payments are processed by Apple. Access to purchased content is subject to Apple’s systems and policies.

3. No Advertising

The App does not show third-party ads.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
use the App in any unlawful way;
interfere with the App’s operation or security.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and content are protected by applicable laws. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it stable and helpful, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or available at all times.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
